- We have a No Schoolies Policy.
- Lorne Beach Accom is a quiet, non-smoking, pet free environment.
- No parties or events.
- Linen and bath towels are included.
- $250 Security Deposit (refundable after inspection) and Confirmation of ID are required for booking.
- We have a 3 night minimum for bookings.
- 4 night minimum for Easter and Christmas Holidays
- 7 night minimum 26 December - 7 January
- Only the number of guests agreed to in your booking are allowed on the property.
- Lorne Beach Accom follows Covid Safe Cleaning protocols, and all possible care is taken to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.
- Enjoy your stay and leave the apartment in the same condition as when you arrived.
